Standard shipping (2-8 business days): $7.99 or FREE for orders over $80.
Express shipping (1-3 business days): $12.99
International Post Standard with tracking number (7-12 business days): fee will be calculated at check out.
Due to certain international shipping restrictions, we are currently shipping to New Zealand and United States only.
When will my order ship?
We're always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You'll get a notification when your order has started its journey so you can track its progress
When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. For orders shipping to Australian addresses, please allow 2-8 business days for it to arrive. You will be notified once your order leaves our studio. If you need your order quickly, you can select Express Post at checkout, which will usually be delivered in 1-3 business days (depending on where in Australia it's going).
For addresses outside Australia, please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive. Slow Journal is not responsible for any customs requirements when your order reaches its destination.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can shop with confidence at Slow Journal as you are welcome to return or exchange anything you purchase from Slowjournal.com.au, within 14 days from purchase.
For change of mind returns or exchanges, your product needs to be:
In perfect, brand new condition
Have labels and original packaging intact
Sale items can only be returned if the item is faulty. We will not accept returns on used, damaged or otherwise non-saleable products unless they arrived to you damaged or faulty. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind return and exchange.
Please note: Products purchased in large quantities (bulk orders) or at reduced rates (sales items) may not be returned or exchanged. Please send us an email with your return request including your order number and wait for a confirmation from our Customer Service Team.
Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect items:
